I was very disappointed with this place. While it looks nice and has a good location, it feels more like an apartment than a hotel. The service was lacking, as we had trouble checking in and felt ignored during our stay. The cleanliness was also a major concern, leaving me feeling uncomfortable in my room. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a true hotel experience.

The location was perfect for exploring Rome, and I really appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of my room. A warm arrival welcome would have made a huge difference.
